The final product was lovely and my best friend and her new husband were over the moon with such a thoughtful gift. While I believe the end the product was what I asked for, it was a bit rough communicating with the artist. While she would respond, it was brief and not thorough which resulted in more Q&A than I would have thought. I figured it may have been because of the holidays, but as this was my only experience with them, I have to base my review of the customer service in what I received. While I ultimately got what I needed, I felt I had to ask too much that should have been volunteered information. Overall, I recommend them based on the quality of the product. Just do not expect service beyond a transactional nature.

I would have given 5⭐on quality but my portrait came ripped like it was shoved into the packaging. So hopefully it won't be noticeable in the frame I've ordered we will see. Other than that it's beautiful, and I know my granny will still love her new decor.
