Order Processing 

Please refer to each product listing for estimated turnaround times, as these may vary depending on the type of item and the timing of your order. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

• Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $100 ship free. 

• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 are shipped at a flat rate calculated at checkout. 

• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but may vary depending on the carrier. 

Rush Processing 

Need your order sooner? Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. 

Local Pickup 

Local to Houston? We offer free local pickup by appointment. Select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time. 

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties 

All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. Solid Rock Design Co is not responsible for delays due to customs processing. 

 Lost or Damaged Packages 

While we do our very best to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that issues can occur. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution. 

 Important Shipping Information 

• Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received; however, we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. 

• All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. 

• If the shipping address is incorrect and your order is still in processing, email us immediately at solidrockdesignco2020@gmail.com to see if we can adjust it. 

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for all related fees for the return and re-shipping of the item.
