Item arrived almost 10 days later than originally scheduled. Then I was worried because the package box arrived damaged. However the framed print was packed so well, it was still safe and whole. I have a beautiful gift to give even if it is late.

The final product was lovely and my best friend and her new husband were over the moon with such a thoughtful gift. While I believe the end the product was what I asked for, it was a bit rough communicating with the artist. While she would respond, it was brief and not thorough which resulted in more Q&A than I would have thought. I figured it may have been because of the holidays, but as this was my only experience with them, I have to base my review of the customer service in what I received. While I ultimately got what I needed, I felt I had to ask too much that should have been volunteered information. Overall, I recommend them based on the quality of the product. Just do not expect service beyond a transactional nature.
