• All printed photos are professionally developed on hand torn, acid-free, 100% alpha cellulose textured watercolor paper 

• All Prints include FREE shipping to the US via USPS ground advantage (5-7 working days)

• Paper size is 8"x10" & Frame Size is 11"x14"

• Frame is MDF, comes ready to hang, includes one glass pane in front and one plexiglass pane in back with print in between them.

Step 1: Follow the prompts to provide your personalized details. 

Step 2 : Add To Cart and Checkout. Note If you would like to place more than one order of the same product repeat step one and add to cart for each item. 

- Use exact punctuation as we will be copying and pasting exactly what you write.

- We cannot place emojis on the portrait. If you add any in the personalization box we will not include them.

Digital Proof: Within 1 week, we will send you a digital mockup of your artwork for review and approval. If you have changes, please share as many as possible in your first email, as revisions can take up to a week.

-If  we do not receive an approval response in 1 business day after proof is sent we will ship the portrait and we will not be able to change anything after it is printed and shipped. 

-Due to the nature of this artwork and the amount of time needed to create it, your work will be based off of one image only. There will be an additional fee if you would like us to use a different photo after the portrait proof has been sent.

-Expect delays in production If any requests is made to change the proof. They can range between 1-3 business days for any changes.
